• Confidently recommend and sell memberships and retail products, ensuring that each guest is aware of the full range of services we offer

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with both members and guests to ensure clarity and a positive experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests by professionally answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, warmly greeting individuals upon arrival, and assisting with check-out procedures
• Promote and sell memberships, elevation packages, retail products, and gift cards, while actively identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to guests
• Support the upkeep of cleanliness and organization in therapy rooms, common areas, and the merchandising section
