Job Description: Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Seminole, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience at our Spa is nothing short of outstanding !

Requirements

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Must be 18 years old or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must be exceptionally organized and have excellent attention to detail
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Sales experience 3+years

Nice To Haves

Management experience 2+ years (preferred)

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals and maintain a minimum conversion percentage of 15%
Attend all Membership Training/webinars.
Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff.
Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa.
Manage spa sales performance.
Detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships.
Capable of working flexible hours.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
