Responsibilities

• Actively sell spa services, packages, and memberships
• Convert inquiries, consultations, and leads into booked appointments
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions and retention
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and promotions
• Accurately document sales activity and client interactions
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience
