Formerly LaVida Massage, now proudly Hand & Stone of Commerce. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national, membership-based spa brand with 600+ locations across the U.S. and Canada . Our Commerce location is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate with previous spa, wellness, or sales experience . This is not just a front desk job checking clients in and out. This role is sales-driven and customer-facing, offering 20-30 hours per week with room to add more in the future. We are specifically looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and available to work nights and EVERY weekend and can hit our monthly sales goals . If you do not have open availability on weekends or are not comfortable selling/talking to guests, this position is not for you. At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks. Requirements

2+ years of spa, wellness, or sales experience REQUIRED
Strong sales mindset with confidence discussing memberships and upgrades
Flexible availability with the ability to work nights and both weekend days
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to handle high stress situation calmly and with ease
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Seeking a long-term position to grow with the company
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must be 18 years or older
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed membership sales goals and conversion standards
Confidently educate guests on services, promotions, and memberships
Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
Maintain spa cleanliness and professional appearance standards
Accurately handle administrative tasks and documentation
Work collaboratively with management and service providers
Perform additional duties as assigned
