About The Position

Responsible for maintaining the reception and retail areas of the Spa while
providing a positive and friendly attitude. Assist with scheduling, answering
phones, check-in and out of appointments, serving limited F&B items in Lounge
while partaking in genuine interactions that provide the highest level of guest
service.
