Assists members and guests in booking Spa services. Answers questions about Spa facilities and directs members and guests to their desired location. Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers and not aligned with Polo’s actual rate of pay which will be determined during the interview. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; Responds to a high volume of telephone calls. Makes appointments for members and guests and cancels and/or modifies appointments as necessary. Greets members and guests in a professional manner and with a smile and checks member and guest ID upon arrival to the Spa. Assists members with product purchases and encourages retail sales. Keeps informed and knowledgeable of all Spa services, their times of operation, the facilities and retail merchandise. Answers questions and provides information to members and guests about the facility and provides members with their itineraries. Charges services to the member’s account or charges guests to their credit card or the member’s account. Operates and utilizes the reservation system. Provides information to members about new and upcoming events and classes. Keeps informed of opening & closing hours and procedures and reconciles all member and credit card transactions at the end of the closing shift. Enforces policies & procedures. Assists in other Spa departments as necessary. Attends monthly staff meeting. Communicates with members, co-workers, management and the general public in a courteous and professional manner. Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor to reflect a positive image of The Polo Club. Performs other duties as assigned by the Spa Front Desk Supervisor.
