This spa is a cornerstone of the Cedarbrook Lodge experience, offering a level of serenity and refinement unlike any other day spa in Seattle. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
- Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
- Escort guests to and from treatments
- Cashiering duties for services and retail
- Answer all incoming calls
