About The Position
The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience from booking to checkout. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a guest-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Spa Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for handling appointments, assisting with retail sales, maintaining reception and spa areas, and coordinating with various departments to ensure Four Seasons' standards of service are upheld.
