About The Position

The Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service at the Victory Spa. This part-time position requires the individual to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, assist with bookings, and maintain communication with service providers to ensure a seamless spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests.
• Interact appropriately with guests and residents through conversation or presence.
• Assist guests with rescheduling, canceling, or making new bookings as requested.
• Address guests by their name each time they are encountered.
• Follow established protocols to provide consistent, excellent service.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of shift.
• Be knowledgeable and accurately describe and sell services and products offered at the Victory Spa.
• Educate guests on spa and club activities.
• Perform all opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa.
• Maintain excellent communication with service providers.
• Review bookings and guest notes for errors, double bookings, allergies, and special requests.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.
