About The Position
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for all facets of guest movement throughout the Spa. You will coordinate and schedule all types of use and services for the spa, salon, fitness center, recreation areas, and other related spa facilities. Your duties will include greeting guests, guiding them around facilities, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing information about amenities. You will assist with overall communication in the Spa, Salon, recreation, and Fitness area, providing exceptional guest service while delivering skin care services to guests according to the Spa standards and procedures.
