About The Position

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include opening and closing duties, utilizing the Book4 platform to check guests in and out, collecting payment, monitoring bookings, ensuring cleanliness and shelving is stocked. As a Spa Reception Agent you will be responsible for spa reservations, whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests. This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience. Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in spa jobs

Responsibilities

• Open and close the spa
• Utilize the Book4 platform to check guests in and out
• Collect payment from guests
• Monitor bookings and ensure cleanliness
• Stock shelves as needed
• Handle spa reservations for packages and treatments
• Make product and treatment recommendations to guests
