Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a state-approved cosmetology or nail technician program.
Valid state license to perform nail services.
Proficient in natural and artificial nail care, including current nail art and design trends.
Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
Strong customer service and communication skills to build rapport with guests.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of nail care products, contraindications, and basic sanitation protocols.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a salon or spa setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail enhancements.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend treatments, and ensure a high-quality, personalized experience.
Stay up to date on the latest nail trends, products, and techniques to enhance service offerings.
Promote and sell retail nail and skincare products, helping guests maintain results at home.
Ensure a relaxing and professional environment by delivering services in a calm, courteous, and timely manner.
Assist with spa reception duties as needed, including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/check-out.
