About The Position

The position involves providing a professional and friendly Spa experience for guests. The individual will be responsible for preparing Spa and service rooms at the start of each shift, performing manicures and pedicures using the SaniJet pedicure chair, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the guest's experience. Knowledge of retail products is essential, as the role includes selling and upselling products to guests. The individual will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and reporting any supply shortages to management. Additionally, the role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization within the Spa environment and addressing any guest dissatisfaction promptly.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Previous experience working as a Nail Technician is desired.
• Must have a current Missouri Manicurist license.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn Springer Miller Database software.

Nice To Haves

• Dual license of Nail Technician and Esthetician or Hair Stylist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Spa and service rooms at the start of each shift.
• Provide professional and friendly manicures and pedicures for guests, utilizing our SaniJet pedicure chair and following procedures outlined in the Spa Manual.
• Be knowledgeable of retail products and attempt to sell and upsell products to guests.
• Report any supply shortages to the Spa Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Restock product supplies at the end of each shift.
• Post tickets, ring up purchases on POS system, answer phones and schedule spa appointments, between services, as needed.
• Perform daily paperwork of Spa transactions.
• Make the Spa Manager aware of any instances of guest dissatisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
