About The Position

The Spa Manager at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. This role involves managing guest services, locker room operations, facility maintenance, and inventory management, while also supporting the Spa Director in achieving business goals and objectives. The Spa Manager will lead the spa team, develop business strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies, all while fostering a positive and professional environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous spa management experience preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification desired.
  • Ability to interact professionally under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the spa.
  • Provide leadership to the department to attain business goals and objectives.
  • Interact with guests to ensure optimum service and satisfaction.
  • Analyze guest interactions to improve services and facilities.
  • Respond to employee and guest needs with urgency and concern.
  • Adjust provider schedules and manage appointment changes.
  • Develop business strategies and project plans for the spa.
  • Adhere to standard policies and procedures.

  • Develop professional relationships with employees and guests.
  • Communicate clearly across departments and levels.
  • Maintain a cooperative attitude with management and employees.
  • Keep work area organized and clean.

  • Manage and coach the Spa Management Operations team.
  • Implement systems for efficient spa operations.
  • Oversee maintenance of spa facilities.
  • Troubleshoot the Spa booking system.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data accurately and timely.
  • Participate in the hiring process and staff training.
  • Conduct performance reviews for staff.
  • Contribute to team building programs.
  • Manage conflict resolution between employees and guests.
  • Assist in developing spa policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and adhere to the spa budget.
  • Ensure daily performance goals are met consistently.
  • Enforce standards of appearance and service among staff.
  • Attend trade shows to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Promote spa and hotel services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and spa business.
