Leading by example, you will guide and train the team to continually enhance service levels, inspiring both guests and staff. Your focus will be on addressing any service concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Model guest service excellence and inspire and coach team to maintain top tier guest experience.
  • Lead and mentor the team to customize and make the most of every guest interaction and revenue opportunity.
  • Proactively anticipate and address service issues, striving to prevent and resolve them swiftly.
  • Maintain clear communication in person, by phone and by email to meet guest needs and provide accurate information.
  • Use spa software to schedule appointments and process transactions accurately while following company protocols.
  • Be a resource to guests, spa team and other departments in terms of spa amenities, services and offerings.
  • Consistently model and reinforce best practices and company standards to meet guest and company expectations.
  • Maintain retail inventory and keep retail presentation stocked and organized.
  • Monitor all spa areas for potential safety hazards, eliminate the hazard where possible and report to management for long term solutions.
  • Inspect spa areas throughout shift to ensure ambiance, presentation and guest behaviors meet spa standards.
  • Supervise bath attendants throughout shift to maintain cleanliness and guest supplies in all areas.
  • Turn any lost and found items over to Guest Relations, along with any details possible.
  • Notify management of any supplies or maintenance needs
