About The Position

We are looking for a friendly and energetic beauty and wellness Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy spa in south Scottsdale Position Overview: The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and a seamless luxury experience for clients. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business management skills to drive performance, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive team culture. The Spa Manager will also play a key role in financial oversight, operational improvements, and long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a spa, luxury hospitality, or wellness industry setting.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in financial oversight, sales growth, and operational management.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty trends, and high-end customer service expectations.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop staff, manage performance, and foster a high-standard work culture.
  • Proficiency in business software, scheduling systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Cosmetology or esthetics certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting and achieving business goals, revenue targets, and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, budgets, and cost control measures.
  • Analyze client trends and service performance to develop strategies for growth and retention.
  • Oversee all day-to-day spa functions, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to policies.
  • Implement operational procedures and service protocols to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing spa team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, goal setting, and staff development programs.
  • Create staff schedules and optimize workflow to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and professional team culture that aligns with the spa’s brand values.
  • Ensure a seamless, five-star client experience by maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues professionally, and implement service enhancements based on guest insights.
  • Work with the team to develop VIP programs, loyalty incentives, and personalized spa experiences.
  • Collaborate with ownership on marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and service launches.
  • Oversee social media engagement, community outreach, and local partnerships to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure all promotional materials, messaging, and service offerings align with the spa’s luxury positioning.
