Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled service professionals
• Coach, mentor, and-when needed-hold team members accountable
• Create outstanding client experiences from check-in to check-out
• Drive membership, service, and retail sales performance
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
• Maintain strong operational standards across all spa departments
• Work a flexible schedule (days/evenings/weekends/holidays)
• Understand and promote the benefits of massage and skincare services
• Use strong organizational, planning, and computer skills to keep the spa running at peak performance
