About The Position

DayDreams Day Spa & Medical Esthetics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of about 15 professionals. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring staff have the necessary tools and training to maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background in the spa, gym, salon, hotel, or hospitality sectors, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to creating a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in spa, gym, salon, hotel, or hospitality management is essential.
• Strong HR and personnel management background.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate staff training and development to ensure high service standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Step in to cover the front desk when needed, such as during employee absences.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Ensure all company procedures and policies are followed.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the spa's team of 15 staff.
• Promote and sell retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Greet clients and maintain professional, friendly interactions with all guests.
• Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
