About The Position

The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Spa, ensuring that all operational needs, guest services, and employment-related issues are addressed. Responsibilities must align with departmental, property, and company policies, practices, and procedures. The role includes managing operational functions in line with the strategic plan and vision for the department and property, as well as supervising staff to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and leadership experience in a high-end spa required, with two to five years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Spa industry required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of general health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Experience with online booking appointment systems.
• Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational personality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational functions consistent with strategic plan and vision for the department and property.
• Interview, select, train and schedule spa specialists.
• Manage the delivery of guest service consistent with company's and property's core service standards.
• Supervise Spa staff to ensure adherence to company and Spa policies and procedures.
• Ensure proficient client experience including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
• Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through creative internal/external marketing.
• Meet department annual budget and maintain financial targets.
• Manage customer feedback effectively for continuous service improvement.
• Participate in quarterly inventory.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and ensure staff compliance with safety standards.
