Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or spa services preferred, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury resort setting.
Lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the men's locker room, including lockers, showers, restrooms, and lounge areas. Assist in cleaning and housekeeping of the facility when locker room is busy.
Assist guests with locker assignments, towel and robe distribution, and storage inquiries.
Ensure all supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities are well-stocked and replenished as needed.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team promptly.
Uphold spa policies and procedures, ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
Provide information about spa services and facilities to guests as requested.
Collaborate with spa staff to support a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
