About The Position
Empty trash in office areas daily, service rooms and café area. Clean bathrooms – swab toilet bowls and wipe down with disinfectant; clean sinks, countertops, and mirrors daily-empty sanitation containers in women’s room daily Vacuum all carpet areas daily-rugs Dust all furniture throughout the building daily-retail shelves Dust mop all floor areas daily; wet mop as needed daily-steam mop treatment rooms Clean bar area-mop behind bar Clean glass doors and mirrors throughout the building daily Sweeps patio area and dusts patio furniture, get all spider webs off outside fixtures daily Reports any damage and plumbing problems to maintenance Dusts blinds and baseboards Clean all glass tops Dust light fixtures, vents Dust bookcases and items on bookcases in all rooms Clean fireplace screen Clean ladies/men’s locker room regularly Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to bend and squat for long periods of time Must be able to lift and push up to 50 lbs Must be able to handle appropriate chemicals as directed for cleaning
