Bayside Spa is looking for a talented Hair Stylist to join our upscale salon team. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar professional role.
Must hold and maintain a current State License .
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly! You love working with people and possess exceptional listening skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a luxury environment.
Ability to stand for long periods while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.
Minimum age of 18+.
Technical/vocational training in Cosmetology.
Basic computer knowledge for scheduling and check-outs.

Responsibilities

Provide professional cuts, styling, coloring, and texturizing in accordance with spa protocols and the latest industry trends.
Educate guests on our premium products and services, actively promoting home-care programs to help them maintain their look.
Maintain a spotless work area, upholding the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization. Handle prep work and restocking to keep the salon "resort-ready."
Respond to guest questions with "Texas Hospitality," providing immediate and professional solutions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Be a flexible, positive force on the team! Attend staff meetings, participate in training, and assist in other spa areas whenever needed.
Care for salon equipment and manage product usage mindfully to support cost controls while meeting retail sales goals.
