About The Position

The Spa Group Sales Supervisor is responsible for promoting, selling, and executing spa group business, while actively supporting business development through outside sales, lead generation, and partnership cultivation. This role plays a key part in building a strong local presence, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring seamless execution of group experiences, wellness activations, and strategic collaborations. This is a highly visible role that bridges sales, operations, and guest experience—ensuring that every opportunity converts and every experience delivers at a luxury level.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury sales preferred
  • Experience in outreach sales, partnership development, or business development strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, bookings, and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience with sales tracking, CRM systems, or pipeline management tools preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate spa group business through outreach, prospecting, and relationship building
  • Conduct outside sales efforts including in-person visits, sales calls, and networking within the Austin market
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across corporate wellness, group bookings, memberships, and local partnerships
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships that drive awareness, visibility, and revenue
  • Collaborate with hotel sales and marketing teams to align on group opportunities and cross-sell initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity tracking including appointments, calls, and follow-ups
  • Manage and track the full sales pipeline from inquiry through conversion
  • Keep detailed sales logs and reporting to monitor performance, conversion rates, and business development progress
  • Track inquiries, proposals, tentative bookings, and confirmed business to ensure strong visibility and accountability
  • Support forecasting and pacing through consistent pipeline management
  • Support the planning and execution of spa activations, wellness events, and brand collaborations
  • Assist in coordinating partner integrations within treatments, experiences, and retail offerings
  • Work alongside leadership to identify high-impact activation opportunities tied to key citywide events (SXSW, F1, Marathon, etc.)
  • Ensure activations are executed seamlessly and aligned with the Fairmont Spa Austin brand
  • Coordinate all details related to spa group bookings, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to arrival
  • Serve as the liaison between guests, spa operations, and hotel teams
  • Prepare group itineraries, confirmations, and operational details
  • Ensure all group experiences meet Forbes-level service standards
  • Maintain organized records of all group business and partnership activity
  • Support reporting needs for leadership including sales performance and activation outcomes
  • Assist with collateral, proposals, and client communications as needed
  • Serve as the designated Manager on Duty (MOD), overseeing daily operations and ensuring policy compliance during assigned shifts
