The front desk is more than a point of entry—it is the threshold to restoration. Summary We’re seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of Drift Spa. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out, while upholding our philosophy of luxury service and intentional care. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professionalism balanced with warmth and empathy.
- Ability to multitask gracefully in a guest-facing role.
- Alignment with holistic wellness and Drift’s philosophy of intentional care.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, treatments, and retail products.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolving concerns with thoughtfulness and integrity.
- Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary (locker rooms) as a calm, organized, and inviting environment.
- Perform tea ceremony/ aromatherapy for guests, with intention, precision and gratitude.
