About The Position

Average Rate: $40.00/hour - includes: Tax, Commission, & Tips (this is an average rate and is not guaranteed) | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule needed Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Esthetician customizes treatments based on present skin condition(s) ensuring the “Choctaw Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Expectations and Brand Standards. You will report to the Spa Supervisor. Primary Tasks: 1. You will understand and use universal precautions when providing services. Assess contraindications of guest that may prevent service from taking place. 2. Perform all treatments on services’ menu based on current certifications. 3. You will suggest to guests’ other beneficial treatments offered in the spa. 4. Ensure that work areas are clean and set according to procedures. Complete all assigned side work. 5. You will maintain excellent product knowledge and have complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered. 6. Recommend products for home use with a minimum service to sales ratio of 25%. 7. You will inform Spa Director of product needs. 8. Create client cards with treatment notes. 9. You will assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state and local level.
Efficient and able to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
One (1) year experience.
