Dual Esthetician / Massage Therapist skills for providing facials, waxing and tinting, massage, and body treatments to our guests while providing the highest level of service and professionalism. Obtaining customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons Standards and policies.

Requirements

Must be able to perform all massage dualities and body treatments within the first six months of being in the role (with the exception of Reiki and Lymphatic Drainage).
Must be able to participate in all training offered by The Spa.
Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, and to create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Aesthetics Technology helpful.
Prior handling of Oxygen therapy, Cryo therapy, Microdermabrasion, LED & Infar Red therapy, and Peels.

Responsibilities

Adhere to protocol guidelines when performing any massage or facial treatment, unless otherwise requested by guest.
Provide hair removal and tinting services.
