Requirements

  • Leadership experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury service environments
  • Strong people-management and operational skills
  • Comfort with performance metrics, accountability, and retail strategy
  • Calm, confident leadership style with high standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop spa team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and service execution
  • Drive guest satisfaction, retail performance, and profitability
  • Monitor KPIs, inventory, attendance, and service standards
  • Uphold brand, safety, and quality expectations daily
  • Lead morning huddles and partner with leadership on weekly goals
