Requirements

Leadership experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury service environments
Strong people-management and operational skills

Responsibilities

Lead and develop spa team members through training, coaching, and performance reviews
Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and service execution
Drive guest satisfaction, retail performance, and profitability
Monitor KPIs, inventory, attendance, and service standards
Uphold brand, safety, and quality expectations daily
Lead morning huddles and partner with leadership on weekly goals
