We are interviewing qualified candidates for a Delivery Technician at our warehouse in LaVergne, TN. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of delivery and customer service experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for in-home customer interactions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work respectfully with customers and supervisors
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must pass a drug test
  • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to handle equipment and manage workflow efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to excellence, flexibility, and ability to work within changing priorities
  • Flexible for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Load, deliver, assemble, and install spa products and accessories safely and efficiently
  • Confers with customers to ensure delivery location and product dimensions meet expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor
  • Inspect equipment and products during delivery to ensure quality and proper functioning
  • Communicate instructions and recommendations clearly and friendly to customers
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and well-organized delivery vehicle
  • Safely lift and move equipment (up to 70 lbs) and follow all safety guidelines
  • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed
  • Operating lifting machines or similar equipment is a plus
