About The Position

Are you a warm, organized, and service-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality? Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Spa Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our Seven Inlets Spa. In this key role, you’ll oversee all aspects of Spa Guest Services, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. From managing appointments and answering inquiries to handling transactions, your blend of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency will create a serene environment for our guests. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum six months of related experience or training; experience in spa hospitality or a similar industry preferred
• A combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls promptly, make spa reservations, and respond to guest inquiries about our resort and spa services.
• Gain thorough knowledge of spa rates, amenities, and selling strategies to guide guests effectively.
• Handle guest check-ins, issue spa lockers, robes, and slippers, and provide orientation tours of the spa.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records, ensuring all credit card and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized spa environment, including stocking locker rooms and monitoring facility areas.
• Perform clerical tasks such as mail sorting, envelope stuffing, and paperwork shredding.
