About The Position

The Spa Coordinator at Wellness Origin Spa & Wellness Center is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional service to clients, and managing appointment scheduling. The Spa Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and promoting spa services.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with the Wellness Origin team and clients
• Ability to conduct spa procedures for clients daily
• Organize appointments efficiently and in a timely manner
• Organize client records efficiently and in a timely manner
• Use selling techniques to share products and services with clients to increase Spa revenues
• Create an environment of tranquility, relaxation, and exceptional guest service
• Provide clients with nutrition and wellness knowledge as appropriate with their service
• Adhere to policies and procedures of all employees of Wellness Origin

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of nutrition and wellness is highly preferred
• Experience working with Spa equipment in a professional setting is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of scheduling client appointments
• Works with Mind Body software to schedule the client experience
• Provides exceptional service to clients
• Handles spa procedures including Laser Lipo, LBG, EMS, Ionic Foot Bath, BEMER, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
• Handles cash, credit card, and gift card transactions
• Keeps records of all clients through company systems
• Engages in selling practices to create additional income and enhance the client experience
• Supervises all communications between clients and the business including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations
• Leads other service providers in providing exemplary client experience through front desk procedures
