About The Position

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for client check in, booking appointments, retail sales, and overall client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Schedule: Monday: 8 AM - 3 PM, Tuesday: 10 AM - 4 PM, Thursday: 8 AM - 3 PM, Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM, Weekend availability required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and exhibit sound judgment.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn and master spa software.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of direct face to face customer engagement experience.
• Retail experience preferred, spa experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to our guests, teammates, and clients.
• Warmly greet guests and offer amenities.
• Educate guests on spa services.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clientele in these areas.
• Schedules and confirms all appointments according to spa protocol.
• Processes payments and refunds accurately as needed.
• Promotes and sells spa products along with processing and shipping online orders as necessary.
• Attends product demonstrations and trainings.
• Restocks amenities and retail products as needed.
• Follows opening, closing, and in shift procedures accurately.
• Communicates effectively with Spa GM, leads and co-workers regarding schedule/room changes, client needs, customer service concerns, etc.
• Supports the mission statement and core values.
• Completes duties on site with consistent, regular, and reliable attendance.
• Accomplishes other duties as assigned.
