About The Position
Woodhouse Spa is searching for spa professionals! We are excited to bring Woodhouse Spa to Louisville, KY and need you! Spa Coordinators serve as the friendly and welcoming face of the spa. They are responsible for interacting with guests and scheduling appointments. Aside from fielding daily phone calls, they also handle the spa's logistics, promoting the location and concierge training. The Spa Coordinator is relied upon to keep the spa running at optimal levels while the Spa Manager and Spa Director are not in the location. Part of the Coordinator’s job is selling enhancements, upgrading services, and selling retail; therefore, prior experience in sales is an advantage.
