About The Position

The Spa Concierge/Reservationist is responsible for but not limited to: Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in Touring guest through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task. Our mission at The Spa at Chatham Bars Inn is to provide personalized and friendly service, as well as a memorable experience for our guests. This team member will play a key role in making each guest's day at the Spa enjoyable and serene. We are dedicated to delivering the ultimate tranquil escape to every guest.

Requirements

• Familiarity and commitment to Forbes Standards
• Able to promptly respond and follow up to guest's needs
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping a strong sense of calm
• Superior Communication and organizational skills
• Willing to be flexible, reliable and a Team Player
• Must become knowledgeable with all Spa services offered
• Basic computer skills are necessary
