From its historic origins to its modern amenities and exquisite dining, the Inn continues to attract visitors with its charm, elegance, and unwavering dedication to excellence. #PGH-CBI What you will have an opportunity to do: The Spa Attendant will be responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness, organization, and up-keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa. In addition, the Spa Attendant will be responsible for greeting, orientating the guests to the amenities in locker room and escorting them to the relaxation room prior to all treatments. The Spa Attendant should be knowledgeable in F&B service. Taking food and beverage orders at the pool and learning POS system is required. Ensure prompt response and follow up to guest’s needs Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards

Requirements

  • Superior communication and organizational skills are necessary
  • Flexibility for schedules, holidays and weekends will be required
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
  • Current TIPS Alcohol Certification or comparable alcohol service certification
