The Spa Concierge will be responsible for taking guest calls as well as in-house calls and emails pertaining to guest information and scheduling needs. The Spa Concierge will also be responsible for performing guest confirmation calls and upselling treatments during those calls.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Some computer knowledge is expected.
• Must be dependable and flexible with schedule changes, cancellations, and additions.
• Must be capable of organizing and scheduling personnel and tasks.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training.
• Communicate with team and spa leaders.
• Answer phones and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Perform confirmation calls and educate the guests on the spa offerings.
• Other Job duties assigned.
