As a Spa Concierge at the Westin Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience at our spa. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule spa services for both individuals and large groups using our specialized scheduling software system. This involves not only booking appointments but also confirming these services with guests, answering any questions they may have about the available treatments, and providing them with all necessary information to enhance their spa experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and your ability to communicate effectively and warmly will set the tone for their visit. Throughout the day, you will be responsible for updating the reservations and cancellations list, ensuring that all changes are communicated promptly to the service providers. This may involve resolving scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes, which will require you to work closely with your supervisor to maintain smooth operations. Upon guest arrival, you will check them in for their appointments and provide a general orientation to the spa, helping them feel comfortable and informed about the services they will receive. In addition to scheduling and guest relations, you will also handle payment processing for spa services, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This includes obtaining payment authorization as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa area, which includes stocking retail items upon delivery, folding towels and robes, and cleaning up after guests to ensure a welcoming environment for all. Your role will require you to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both guests and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
