Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a high-touch guest service environment, preferably within a Forbes-rated spa, luxury hotel, or exclusive wellness retreat.
  • Exceptionally polished presence with the ability to deliver discreet, anticipatory service.
  • Articulate, engaging, and elegant in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and high-volume reservations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with spa or guest management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of five-star service expectations.
  • Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a polished presence.
