Requirements

  • Understand the basic principles of managing PMS system (ResortSuite).
  • Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and ability to learn various software programs/applications.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or can receive this certificate within 1 month of hire.
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Check in guests at the Life in Balance Spa.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Maintain the spa facility including locker rooms, quiet lounge, and pool deck.
  • Act as a liaison between guests, spa management, and other departments of the resort when necessary.
