About The Position

The Infinity Spa on Grand Colorado on Peak 8 seeks a Spa Concierge $20.50/hr, plus 10% retail commission, Full-time, Night-shifts. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting products and services, tracking retail inventory, maintaining the cleanliness of the spa common areas and providing exceptional customer service to all spa guests. This position also reconciles spa receipts including cash payments, credit card transactions and room charges, at the end of each shift, ensuring the daily shift report balances.
