About The Position

The Esthetician position at Pacific Hospitality Group involves providing consistent professional skin care treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices to male and female guests. The role requires developing appropriate treatment plans based on guests' needs and requests, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by actively listening and understanding guests’ desires. The Esthetician will manage time efficiently to maintain a tight schedule, prepare for guests, and execute all treatments while demonstrating respect and sensitivity towards guests. The position also involves using computer systems to accurately enter information and document each guest seen, maintaining cleanliness and restocking treatment rooms, and resolving guest complaints within the scope of authority. The Esthetician must comply with safety policies and procedures, report potential safety issues, and maintain strict confidentiality according to department procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification as Esthetician required.
  • Three to five years of experience as a licensed Esthetician in a similar environment.
  • Trained and certified in all basic skin care services.
  • Must maintain current Esthetician licenses/permits.
  • Valid CPR certificate or willingness to obtain one may be required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Ability to learn and use hotel telephone and computer systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a spa, hotel, med spa, or resort environment.
  • Ability to perform diverse facials as per spa protocols.
  • Knowledge of health standards applicable to the role.

Responsibilities
