About The Position

Hand and Stone is seeking a full-time and part-time Spa Attendant. You are a critical link in ensuring that our employee/customer experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Your role is pertinent to the success of our business and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa at all times. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Efficient with time and enjoys working in a fast paced work environment
• Detailed oriented and appreciates checklists.

Responsibilities

• Assists with keeping the back of spa running smootly by helping to flip rooms
• Responsible for keeping up with laundry duties in the spa
• Treatment room, breakroom, bathroom and lobby sanitation checks every hour
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Perform various other duties as assigned
