Requirements
- Must be 18+ years or older to apply
- Customer service related experience required
- Flexible availability
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
- Attending to the desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
- Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
- Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
- Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
- Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
- Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
