About The Position

The Spa Attendant is essential in curating a relaxing, luxurious, and welcoming environment for every guest. From ensuring pristine spa spaces to offering warm, thoughtful service, your attention to detail and guest-first mindset will elevate the overall wellness experience. By upholding high standards and anticipating guest needs, you will help shape a spa culture known for excellence and hospitality, supporting the spa team and contributing to long-term guest satisfaction and loyalty. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Greet guests warmly and escort them throughout the spa, ensuring comfort and personalized service. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, lounges, and common areas. Restock towels, linens, amenities, and supplies throughout the day to ensure uninterrupted guest experience. Sanitize surfaces and equipment between each guest use following health and safety protocols. Support therapists and spa staff by preparing treatment rooms, collecting used linens, and replenishing inventory as needed. Monitor and maintain spa ambiance (lighting, music, scent, and cleanliness) to align with brand standards. Assist with laundry operations, folding and organizing towels and robes throughout the day. Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management in a timely manner. Uphold guest confidentiality and ensure a serene, respectful environment at all times. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of all spa areas at all times.
  • Professional and warm in verbal and non-verbal communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Works collaboratively with therapists, front desk, and management to ensure smooth spa operations.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and respond gracefully to the changing needs of a busy spa environment.
  • Maintains privacy and confidentiality for all guests and their wellness treatments.
  • Prior experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with spa etiquette and basic service protocols (e.g., guest escorting, towel and linen handling, restocking amenities).
  • Comfortable performing light physical tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and room setup.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
  • Hospitality or wellness-related coursework or certifications are a bonus but not required.
