The primary function of the Spa Attendant is to support the support hospitality service standards and commitment to customer service. FOCUS 1: Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment. FOCUS 2: Attend to food and beverage services and spa guest and member needs. Spa Attendant associates must have excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon. He/she must also possess knowledge of the Kohler resort and surrounding Village of Kohler. As with all positions, the Spa Attendant will work with all other spa associates to ensure client comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our client expectations.
