Spa Attendant Who We Look For: We are looking for an individual who can provide support in our spa department. You will be driven and passionate for great guest service, offering personalized experiences to each individual, ensuring the success of the team with your superior coordination and efficiency. Indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, spa tubs, steam rooms, indoor solarium, 18 treatment rooms, and more, the Four Seasons Orlando Spa delivers luxury at every corner. You will have the empowerment to make each experience perfect for the guest in front of you.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within a large team environment
• Prior experience in spa or housekeeping
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the Women’s Locker room, work-out areas, tennis and games rooms
• Escorting and providing the welcome introduction to each guest as well as ongoing assistance while using the Spa
• Assist the guest by answering any questions, providing expertise about the Spa facility
• Communicate with coordinator, therapist, and salon teams to provide a seamless, nurtured experience for the guests.
