The Spa Attendant provides general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, including the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. This role involves offering amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows, answering general property information questions, and escorting guests to and from treatment rooms. The attendant is responsible for regularly checking the computer for schedule updates, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker rooms, and lounge areas, and properly disposing of trash and dirty linens. Securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift and stocking towels, linens, supplies, and amenities are also key duties. The position requires reporting accidents, completing safety training, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, and protecting company assets. Anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs, expressing genuine appreciation, and communicating professionally are essential. The attendant is expected to develop and maintain positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance standards.
