About The Position

The Spa Attendant ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures. The role involves communicating and describing the spa offerings and their benefits, maintaining an understanding of the spa industry, and communicating all Spa protocols and procedures to guests. The Spa Attendant will tour all guests through the Spa facility, service beverages and miscellaneous items to guests, and oversee guests' treatment schedules to ensure services start on time. Additionally, the attendant is responsible for upholding all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of restrooms and relaxation lounge, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facility, and performing necessary housekeeping duties. A friendly, caring, and helpful attitude with guests and other staff members is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and focus attention on details. The attendant will assist treatment providers in preparing treatment room products and supplies, requisition supplies and spa collateral, and may be required to conduct inventory of products and supplies. The job also includes participating in scheduled meetings and trainings as requested, maintaining a consistent attendance record, and possibly serving as a panelist for Internal Review Hearings. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous guest service experience required.
  • Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification.
  • Obtain Washington State Food Worker Card.
  • Hepatitis A vaccination.
  • Complete NQRC Alcohol Server Training.
  • Hepatitis B shots.
  • Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
