About The Position

The Spa Attendant will greet, check-in, and escort clients to designated spa areas. The Spa Attendant will assist with the preparation of facilities for spa services. The Spa Attendant will collect payments for services rendered. Answer incoming phone calls, book appointments, and upsell guests on products and/or services. Ensure overall cleanliness of spa and salon.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Previous health club or spa experience preferred
• CPR training preferred
• Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu services
• Must be literate and fluent in English
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a professional and timely manner
• Book appointments according to availability
• Clean general spa areas and refill supplies
• Assist clients as needed including but not limited to bringing towels, soaps, and filling tubs
• Collect appropriate payments for services rendered
• Offer food and beverage menu to clients while waiting for service or utilizing facility
• Keep Management informed of any maintenance needs to the spa, salon, or equipment
• Follow uniform and grooming guidelines
• Complete established checklists and comply with all policies and procedures
• Be knowledgeable of services and products offered to better upsell to clientele
• Assist in other areas of the spa as needed including reception, spa attendant duties, and retail areas
• Assist in training newly hired team members
• Other duties as assigned by management
