Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to pivot and navigate through change management.
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting.
• Ability to operate standard and industrial appliances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orientation tours and explain spa amenities to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in locker rooms and common areas.
• Restock towels, robes, and toiletries as needed.
• Complete assigned projects, including deep cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other team members.
• Report maintenance concerns and work orders promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
