Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a welcoming, friendly demeanor
- Positive, energetic attitude, team player mindset
- Knowledge of basic computer software. Will provide training (Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
- Excellent personal appearance, great verbal and written communication skills
- Promote the benefits of massage, skin care, and body toning service. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu of services offered
- Ability to handle stressful situations, while remaining poised and professional at all times
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments
- The ability to SELL!
- Memberships, gift cards, enhancements and upgrades
- Maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment and appearance
- Perform various other duties throughout the spa as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all members and guests
